Thiasa Sulaimani Chai

How to Make:

1) Pour 150ml of boiled water into ½ teaspoon of Sulaimani (2g) in a teapot or boil the tea with normal water.

2) Add 1 ½ teaspoon of sugar or honey and mix well. Close the teapot and leave for 3-5 minutes.

3) Pour the tea into a cup through a strainer.

4) Squeeze juice from 2 slices of lemon and serve hot.
